Do your words and actions reflect a heart that inspires greatness in others and makes those around you better?

Choosing a selfless heart is the defining pillar of greatness. It’s a place of exceptionalism for the purpose of enhancing and encouraging the lives of others.

When you choose greatness, you perform to inspire and encourage; you lead to inspire and encourage. Your mission is to make the lives of those around you better. Victory is more defined by the positive affect you have on others.

Inspiring others to greatness is the greatest legacy you can leave to the world.

Greatness does not bask in the limelight, it redirects to others. It’s not about being larger than life, it’s about being a giver. It’s a selfless ego.

Two major traits radiate from people of greatness: The need to achieve and the need to give. Their legacy is powerful, yet others focus.

Those of true greatness lift others, encourage others, and inspire others with their words and exceptional actions. They call out and guard the dreams of others. They are dream guardians. Their character is to give, not take.

In the end, fulfillment is the longing of every person’s heart.

This world is in need of greatness - find yours and unleash it!  Guide others to find theirs and unleash it! Change the world through your unswerving influence and steadfast heart.
