“Believe in yourself so strongly that the world can’t help but believe in you, too!”
Do not consider leadership attainable only by rare individuals with extraordinary talents. Common people are called to accomplish uncommon things. Common people with uncommon goals who make an uncommon commitment can help an uncommon number of other people.
As you develop the leadership qualities you have within you, remember that you are investing in the future. When determined, you can fulfill your purpose and refuse to be anything less than all you can be. A primary key to moving from where you are to where you want to be is to “keep on keeping on.”
In his writings, Napoleon Hill states that one of humanity's greatest weaknesses is the average person's familiarity with the word "impossible."
We are too aware of the rules that tell us what won’t work and cannot be done. However, when we eliminate this word from our vocabulary, we start to believe in the possibilities surrounding us and see them as achievable.
Let me encourage you to develop your potential to the full. As you do, you can inspire others to do the same. Be all you can be and help others fulfill the purpose for which they were created.
Remember who you are, how you’re designed, and all you’re called to be—live boldly, knowing it’s a privilege to share your unique giftedness with the world!
