While pulling together our final Happy Monday message for 2022, I chose to think into why I design these notes every week. “What’s the purpose behind my passion?”

As the answers came to me, my heart was initially flooded with gratitude for knowing you and the gift of staying connected. My heart was also led to an image of guiding people to intentionally own the ripple effect of ‘YOU’!

I’m a firm believer that only individuals have power over their behavior and how we choose to show up creates a ripple effect. When we live and lead at a deeper level, we’re accountable for the type of “ripple” our attitude brings about.

Recently my son and I were watching a show and the football team kept repeating: Clear eyes. Full hearts. Eyes wide open. Their chant resonated because when we too live with our eyes and hearts wide open, we learn that life is happening right now – inside us and all around us.

We learn that the people we get to do life with have a lot going on, and from an outer view, we may never know what they are passionately praying into or positioning toward.

Every Monday we’re given an opportunity to take an intentional moment to lean in and absorb the value of each message. To live with our eyes and hearts wide open. Letting the words that line the screen empower us to grow in the character and consistency of who we are, by choosing to put these nuggets of inspiration into action, on-purpose and for a purpose.

There’s no way to be a perfect person…but there are a million ways to be a good one! Together, let’s be “that” and live the meaning of this video. View it here.
